Simulation Demo: Fundamentals of Channel Management

The Fundamentals of Channel Management simulation is targeted toward almost any supply chain or logistics course where there is a desire to give students experience in setting up and managing a supply chain.

Students form teams and become either microcomputer suppliers or resellers. The decision content includes the fundamentals of marketing, e-commerce, manufacturing, sales, finance and accounting, supply chain relationship development, and supply contract negotiation within an international business setting.

The game is set for 4 quarters or decision rounds, with each round taking roughly 2 to 3 hours to complete.
