Accessibility Statement for Marketplace® Simulations
Our Commitment
At Marketplace® Simulations, we are fully committed to providing a rewarding experience for all students where they can easily, equally, and independently engage with our simulations. Our development team makes a continual effort to revise and maintain the accessibility of all Marketplace products. We have thoroughly tested our simulation and collaborated with the disabled community to ensure a good experience.
Standards Compliance
Our existing conformance goal is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

Known Accessibility Issues
Marketplace Simulations are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA; however, we are aware of some products and supplementary content that still needs to be addressed. We are currently working to improve the accessibility of our products by the below timeline. We are also in the process of upgrading our conformance goal to WCAG 2.2 AA. Timelines for improvement are listed for products that are not fully accessible yet.
