The decision content includes marketing, product development, traditional and web sales channels, human resource management, finance, accounting, manufacturing and quality management. The participants also deal with changes in the economic and political situation, which are reflected in shifting demand and exchange rates between regions. The game is set for 9 to 12 quarters or decision rounds, each taking 4 to 4 1/2 hours to complete.
