Marketplace Train-the-Trainers Workshops

The free instructor materials along with access to our support specialists provide everything most instructors need to successfully use the Marketplace Live simulation in their class.

If you would like more help to take full advantage of simulations in your classroom, we hold a free Train-The-Trainers workshops for the university teachers twice a year.

The workshop provides instructors with an in-depth understanding of the Marketplace simulator. It also shows you how different simulations can be most effectively built into the marketing or business course.

Dr. Cadotte, the author of Marketplace, leads this Train-The-Trainers seminar, with the help of the Marketplace development and support team.

Participants play several decision rounds in a simulation exercise. At strategic points along the way, we pause and discuss the pedagogical options available to instructors.

We discuss various learning strategies and tactics that have proven successful with other faculty. The workshop allows you to share ideas and experience with other educators.

The Train-The-Trainers seminar is free of charge. Participants are expected to pay for their own travel expenses and lodging. ILS provides meals and seminar materials.

The Fall 2013 Train-the-Trainer is scheduled for May 13-15, 2013. The seminar will be held in Knoxville, Tennessee. We have a special price arrangement with the Knoxville Hilton Hotel. Mention Innovative Learning Solutions to receive a discount.
