new brand, if I select as many components as possible not all the components
are saved.

Q: In the early stages
of the simulation, each team was asked to select two market segments.
Some teams are now selling to other segments as well. Does this have any
impact on the scorecard, will results from the 3rd market segment be taken
into account in the evaluation?
Q: We are opening sales
offices in a region where we have no sales offices yet this quarter. We
are also wanting to advertise in this region as well, but the program
does not allow this. Do we have to wait until the quarter after we open
offices to advertise or should we be able to do this now?
Q: How can we evaluate
which cities are most profitable, and calculate our sales per salesperson
within each city?
Q: The cumulative balanced
scorecard for each team says performance will be based on the last four
quarters of play, but currently indicates only 3 quarter numbers 3, 4
and 5. Is this an error?
