Common
Q: I had switched to an earlier
quarter and now I cannot switch back to the current quarter.
Q: When I try to start the Marketplace
program, I am getting a message: "Cannot create glyph, canvas does not
allow drawing" and the program will not start.
Q: I am in the middle of the Marketplace
simulation and I need to move my software on a different computer.
Q: I have made some decisions in
the Marketplace software. I need to exit the software now without
finishing all the entries for this quarter. How do I make sure all my
work is saved?
Q: I want to look at my decisions
for previous quarter(s).
Q: I made decisions and they are
not accepted. When I open the software they are not there.

not accessible. They are located in the simulation and in the pro-forma.

Installation
Q: I am trying to install

Marketplace software for a second time and now my first installation
