Q: How are the games processed?
A: All games are automatically processed by default. We always run an automatic quality check on the decisions for each game during game processing. The purpose of this quality check is to find out if there are teams that are not making good business decisions.

If a game does not pass the quality check, the automated game processing is stopped and the game is processed manually by a technician. The instructor is then notified that this situation exists. If the automated game processing is stopped by the decisions quality check outside of Marketplace processing center business hours, the game will not be processed until the next business day. If you schedule the game processing outside of business hours and want to make sure the game will be processed, we can arrange for a technician to be present at the Marketplace processing center at the time of game processing for a fee of $60 per hour.

If you wish to switch off the decisions quality check you need to inform us beforehand and we will do so. The Marketplace processing center business hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM Eastern Time Zone, with the exception of company holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
