Q: I completed quarter x, but cannot move into the next quarter – why?

Q: I wrapped-up and signed off, but have not received an email stating that quarter x was processed, and cannot move on to the next quarter?

Q: Can I exit decisions before I am done?

Q: I have already wrapped up my decisions. Now I want to change a few of them. Can I make changes and wrap up my decisions again before the due date?

Q: How do I know that my decisions have been wrapped up, or taken for processing?

Q: I completed quarter x, but cannot move into the next quarter – why?

A: Please make sure you have wrapped up the decisions, and that you are not receiving a Fatal Error that will not let you wrap up within the FINAL CHECK task section.

Q: I wrapped-up and signed off, but have not received an email stating that quarter x was processed nor can I move on to the next quarter.

A: The processing due date may not have been reached yet. You can view your game's processing schedule by logging into the game and choosing the SCHEDULE button. Also, we may be waiting on other teams to submit their decisions. You can see which teams have wrapped by logging into your game and going to WRAP UP within the task list.

Q: Can I exit decisions before I am done?

A: Yes, but do not wrap up until you have reviewed your Summary of Decisions thoroughly and are completely satisfied with the decisions you have made.

Q: I have already wrapped up my decisions. Now I want to change a few of them. Can I make changes and wrap up my decisions again before the due date?

A: Click on <Modify> in any section and the <Unwrap> option will appear. Then click <Modify> again.

Q: How do I know that my decisions have been wrapped up, or taken for processing?

A: When signing into your game, you will see a message letting you know when the decisions were wrapped up. You can also check the <Activity Log> section for the words "Wrap Up".

Q: Can I change decisions after they have been accepted for processing?

A: No, once the quarter has processed, you CANNOT go back to the previous quarters to revise your decisions.
