If you have not found an answer to your questions here please contact us by email. Q: I completed quarter x, but cannot move into the next quarter – why? A: Please make sure you have wrapped up the decisions, and that you are not receiving a Fatal Error that will not let you wrap up. Q: I wrapped-up and signed off, but have not received an email stating that quarter x was processed, and cannot move on to the next quarter? A: The processing due date may not have been reached yet. Please check with your instructor for the due dates. Also, we may be waiting on other teams to submit their decisions. You can email technical support to see if the game has been processed. Q: Can I exit decisions before I am done? A: Yes, but do not wrap up until you are completely finished and satisfied with the decisions you made. Q: I have already wrapped up my decisions. Now I want to change a few of them. Can I make changes and wrap up my decisions again before the due date? A: Click on <Modify> in any section and the <Unwrap> option will appear.
