Marketplace Live News

We continue to make news with Marketplace Live. Our experience has been very encouraging. Faculty and students have found that the new features have made learning more interesting and more memorable.

If you have not seen our introductory video for Marketplace Live, view it here.

We have added Intro to Marketing and Business Basics to our lineup of Live games. As we roll out these new versions, we are also updating the game scenarios so that students will face a fresh set of decisions, minimizing the ability to pass on "advice" to the next class. In addition, we are adding quite a few 3D stories that make learning fun and effective.

New International Game with Real-Time Conditions

We have created a new international corporate management game that includes real-time economic conditions. By real-time, we mean that the economic index for each region is tied to the stock market in that region and that the exchange rates reflect the actual rates that exist on the day of processing. Students can try their hand at hedging and speculative investments in foreign currencies as they attempt to deal with current events and market conditions.
