Christelle MacGuire

Christelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1999 and a Master of Business Administration in 2002 from the University of Tennessee. Before joining the ILS team in 2006, Christelle worked with various organizations where she contributed her skills to different functions - including the manufacturing and plant engineering departments of a first-tier automotive supplier, the Latin America Products operations department at ChevronTexaco, and the Human Resources payroll department at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Christelle is currently a Business Coach at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she trains junior-level students in the integration of business activities using the Marketplace Strategic Corporate Management simulation.

At ILS, Christelle contributes to the sales team’s efforts by giving personal tours of Marketplace simulations and instructor tools as well as by sharing her teaching experience. She also tackles special projects that aim at improving ILS operations.
