Schedule Modification Procedures

From time to time, it might be necessary to adjust your game schedule. Sometimes this is necessary because of travel or a change in class schedule or just because you were uncertain of the details when you created your game. Here is the procedure:

Accessing the Web Instructor:

1. Go to: www.marketplace6.com
2. Click on the <Sign in as instructor> link
3. Enter your instructor email address and password.

Modifying the Schedule:

1. Click on the <Schedule> link several columns to the right of the “Game Name” you wish to edit.
2. A new window will open with the current game schedule table. Click on the <Modify> button below the table.
3. The table will open the dates and times for any remaining quarters in the game. You can now edit the dates and times listed in your local time zone column.
• Be sure not to change the format of the dates and times in any way. The spacing and separation characters must remain exactly the same for your changes to be accepted.
• Be sure to keep each consecutive quarter set in a later time period. The system will not accept a change if any quarter is set to process at a date and time the same as or earlier than the previous quarter.
4. Once you are satisfied with the changes, click the <Save> button to update the servers with the new schedule. Your players will be able to see the changes as soon as you have saved them.

The students can access the schedule each time they sign into the game. In the first screen, there is a button that allows the students to view the most recent schedule dates.
