New Support Staff - Robin Johnson Robin Johnson joined ILS Oct. 3 this year. Robin was born in Knoxville, TN but most of her family lives in California. She has lived in Knoxville for her entire life, except for one year traveling across the United States. Some of her hobbies are wakeboarding, snowboarding, traveling and asking questions. Robin previously worked for Concorde Microsystems, a manufacturer of microPET medical scanners. She worked as their Field Service Technician with a focus in customer support. She was the first person to join the service department, but when she left earlier this year, there were five people on the service team and the team had an outstanding reputation among Concorde’s clients. Robin's technical background includes an associate degree from ITT in electronics engineering and 7 years in technical support. With her previous work experience, Robin hopes to bring many positive aspects to the ILS customer service department and success to the sales and marketing divisions. She is looking forward to her future with ILS.
