New Support Staff - Melissa Knuckles Melissa Knuckles joined the Marketplace team in July. Melissa previously worked in the Information Technology department at Covenant Health. Born in California in 1970, Melissa's family moved to Knoxville less than three years later, and she considers herself a native Tennessean. Melissa is currently studying Computer Science and Information Technology at Pellissippi State Community College. Melissa joined ILS because she felt that the position of Technical Support Specialist provided her the opportunity to utilize the skills acquired during her coursework in earning her AAS degree. She also felt that the company provided growth potential for her in the future as she furthered her concentration in the programming field. Melissa lives with her husband, John, who runs a security company, and their two sons, Erik (13) and Peyton (9), in Knoxville. She enjoys reading, golfing, and herpetology - she even has 2 geckos and 2 pythons.
