Expanded Technical Support Hours

We have expanded our normal business hours for general technical support. The new business hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

All times are in the Eastern Time Zone of the US (New York time)

Registered instructors are still welcome to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for technical problems that prevent the proper use of the simulation.

An emergency is any technical situation that prevents proper use of the simulation or a wait of longer than 15 minutes for game processing.
